Pre-Symposium Class Applications
TEACHING REQUIREMENTS
Teachers:
1. Teach a full day class of at least 6 hours. You set your own starting time, break times, and ending time.
2. Set up class fee and registration process. Teachers handle all registration and collecting deposits/fees.
3. Must bring all materials, instruments, handouts, etc. needed for class.
4. Are responsible for own transportation, accommodations and meals.
5. Are NOT automatically a Speaker for the Radionics Symposium. Teachers interested in presenting at the Radionics Symposium, must apply for that separately.
(There is no guarantee that you will be selected for both positions.)
6. Are NOT automatically registered for the Radionics Symposium. Pre-Symposium teachers have to register for and pay all fees to attend the Radionics Symposium.
(Unless also selected to be a Speaker at the Radionics Symposium.)
6. Must meet all deadlines set by the administration.

7. Must agree to and abide by our Code of Ethics.

Provided by Symposium Administration:
1. Classroom for the day with choice of theatre style or classroom style setup. Rental fee is paid for by Symposium Administration.
2. A whiteboard, if desired.
(AV services are NOT included.)
3. Class description and registration information will be included on the Radionics Symposium website and marketing materials..
APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Fill out the form by the deadline.
Please NOTE: Your responses on the application form need to give us a very clear idea of what you will be covering during your class. Please be through and give details. The more detailed information you can give, the higher the likelihood you may be selected.
2. After the application deadline, we will review the applications.
3. If you are accepted, you will receive an email with a link for you to confirm your Pre-Symposium Class.
4. If you are not accepted, you will receive an email letting you know that.
5. All notifications will be completed by 3/31/2026.
